HR Philosophy

HR has no border

It is imperative for every organization to establish an

“HR philosophy” that is founded on two essential pillars:

a human-centric approach and a data-driven process. By adopting a people-focused strategy, the organization places its employees at the core of its operations, recognizing their needs and aspirations as vital components of its success.

In parallel, a data-driven approach allows HR professionals to gather and analyze relevant data, which can help them make informed decisions and develop effective HR policies that can directly impact business outcomes.

Hence, a well-crafted HR philosophy that balances both human-centric and data-driven approaches is essential for organizations to optimize their workforce and achieve long-term success.

〜Global Perspective〜

The world is being rapidly engulfed by the big waves of AI.
The application of AI in HR needs to be designed from an "HR philosophy" perspective, and a framework combining AI and HI (Human Intelligence) is urgently required.

We will consider the existing examples of AI usage in HR and the future from a global standard perspective.
